Statement of Beliefs
WE BELIEVE the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God (Matthew 4:4, Psalm 119).
WE BELIEVE there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (I John 5:7).
WE BELIEVE in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (God in the flesh), in His Virgin Birth, in His Sinless Life, in His Miracles, in His Vicarious and Atoning Death, in His Bodily Resurrection, in His Ascension to the Right Hand of the Father, in His Personal Return to this earth in Power and Glory (John 1:1-4, Ephesians 2:13-18, Revelation 19-20).
WE BELIEVE in the blessed hope, Christ coming for His Bride, the Church (I Thessalonians 4:13-18).
WE BELIEVE that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through Repentance and Faith in the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1, Ephesians 1:7, 2:8-9).
WE BELIEVE Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal Salvation (John 3:5-8, Titus 3:5).
WE BELIEVE the Redemptive Work of Christ on the Cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer (James 5:1514-15).
WE BELIEVE in the Sanctifying Power of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a holy life (Romans 6:3-14, 8:12, 11).
WE BELIEVE every Christian should be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to live a victorious Christian Life (Acts 2:1-4, Acts 10:44, Ephesians 5:18).
WE BELIEVE the Power of the Holy Spirit is still in operation today to perform miracles (Mark 9:23, Hebrews 13:8).
WE BELIEVE in the Resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the one to Everlasting Life and the other to everlasting damnation (Revelation 20:5-6, 11:15).
WE BELIEVE in the whole counsel of God found in the Bible, not limiting Him in any way that is consistent with His Word (Acts 20:27).
WE BELIEVE in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit who operates through His Gifts, His Anointing and His Power as is exhibited in the early church in the book of Acts (I Cor. 12:3-7, I John 2:20, Acts 1:8).
